1. General
 

Teryair© Water Driven Turbine Explosion Proof Fans are designed for high-performance gas ventilation from large, enclosed areas or other tank openings. Works effectively, providing penetration deep into the tank for complete ventilation. These fans are made of non-spark construction with a stainless-steel impeller and an integral water motor. These components are manufactured from corrosion-proof material. Driven directly by water, this ventilator depends on other power with sealed stainless-steel bearings; it largely reduces maintenance. With wide applicability, this type of ventilator can work at ambient temperature

20℃ to +40℃, ideal for ducting flammable and explosive gases, steam, poisonous or other harmful gases.

2. Structure
 

Teryair© Water Driven Turbine Explosion Proof Fans are composed of a water turbine, frame, casting, rotor, impeller, etc. The water turbine is precisely cast of anti-corrosion copper alloy. The impeller is cast from stainless steel, and the fan blades are aluminum. The casing is cast from high-strength aluminum alloy with SS bearing, making the whole structure a no-spark design.

The fan blades are aluminum, so they are non-sparking even in the event of a collision with the body, which is bronze and aluminum construction.

The turbine is completely water filled during operation; no sparking is possible.

3. Application Conditions:

For places which are explosive grade ⅡB and ⅡC group Temperature T6
